HP Announces Winners of ''It Just Works'' Sweepstakes
PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HP (NYSE:HPQ) (Nasdaq:HPQ) today announced a winner in its search for the hardest working HP LaserJet printer in the United States, concluding the “It Just Works” sweepstakes.
The sweepstakes, launched in June to celebrate the shipment of the 100 millionth HP LaserJet, invited participants to submit their photos and a short story explaining how their HP LaserJet printer has withstood the test of time. Winners were selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received electronically and by mail. They include:
First Place: Ernest Brumage of Middletown, Md., who won an HP Compaq tc4200 Tablet PC, HP Color LaserJet 2605dtn, a set of replacement print cartridges and HP Color Laser Presentation Paper.
Second Place: Joseph Turner of Portland, Ore., who won an HP Photosmart R927 Digital Camera and Dock, HP Color LaserJet 2605dtn and HP Color Laser Presentation Paper.
In addition, HP has named the third-prize winners, each receiving a $100 HP Home and Home Office Store coupon. Winners include, but are not limited to:
